Steven Driscoll is currently a senior loan officer for a residential mortgage company in Spokane, Washington and provides live and online training for Loan Officers. Since entering the mortgage lending business in 1995 he has been a mortgage branch manager, trained new loan officers, and has given presentations on residential mortgage loan products and services. Prior to mortgage lending, he was an internal consultant for banks and savings and loans in the San Francisco and San Diego, California areas where he gave training seminars on operations analysis and productivity improvement. He received his Bachelors of Science degree, from San Francisco State University in Banking, and MBA in Organizational Development, from National University in San Diego, California. Training and helping individuals improve their job performance is something that Steve enjoys and finds personal satisfaction in doing. He is the author of five mortgage training books:
