Where was this manual when I began my mortgage career? If I had had this manual I would have been MUCH more successful. Loan originators who read this book will be so much further ahead of their competition. The New Loan Officer's Handbook for Success is the most valuable origination-training manual I have ever read; it is practical, real world, detailed, and thorough. To the author's credit, it doesn't, as do many mortgage training manuals, get all wrapped up in the intricacies of situations and regulations loan originators are often taught but never use. I find it to be of incalculable value to new and experienced mortgage loan originators and processors; new originators will quickly get up to speed and seasoned originators will be able to review what they may have forgotten and can use it as a handy reference guide.

This manual has the potential to revolutionize the way new mortgage loan originators are introduced to the field and will increase recruiting numbers, success numbers, and retention numbers. Getting up to speed and earning money quickly is the toughest part of being a new mortgage loan originator, and failure to do so is one of the primary reasons new LOs leave the business. Using The New Loan Officer's Handbook for Success will dramatically reduce that ramp-up time and will result in more new LOs lasting longer, and making more money more quickly. I intend to use it extensively as I train new mortgage loan originators for my corporate clients. I recommend it without hesitation.

Your book should be renamed THE NEW LOAN OFFICER'S HANDBOOK FOR SUCCESS for Dummies. It's very insightful, easy to read, and gives the reader step-by-step instructions on how to conduct oneself as a loan officer and handle mortgage loans. My investment in this book was well worth it. It's my guide to succeed for the future.
