	I AM AN EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICER. WOULD I BENEFIT FROM THIS BOOK? As an experienced Loan Officer, you may not need most of the basic material discussed in this book. However, I believe you will find this book to be an excellent resource and reference for those subjects related to the mortgage lending area. For example, even I may sometimes forget what might be needed on a loan (i.e. the maximum seller contribution based on the LTV of a purchase home loan). As I have mentioned previously, I have tried to make this book as complete and comprehensive as possible.
